AERASE (“we,” “us”) operates aerase.shop. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, place an order or email us.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Contact and account details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address.
• Order details: products, amounts paid, and delivery status.
• Payment details processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, and referring ads or links.
• Support messages you send to contact@aerase.shop.

How we use it

We use this information to fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve the site, and send order-related email (receipts, shipping updates, payment-failure notices). We only send marketing email or SMS if you opt in, once that signup is live.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who help us run the store, including Shopify (checkout, payments, and customer accounts), shipping carriers once fulfillment is live, and ads measurement partners. We use Meta Pixel ID 1549213119811215 on aerase.shop for visit, product-view, and add-to-cart measurement. Shopify’s Facebook & Instagram channel is intended to measure checkout and purchase on checkout.aerase.shop with that same pixel. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising tools may count as “sharing” under California law; see Your choices below.

Cookies and similar tools

The site and Shopify checkout use cookies and similar technologies to keep your session, remember cart choices, measure site performance, and attribute ads. The Meta Pixel may set first-party cookies such as _fbp and _fbc on aerase.shop so checkout.aerase.shop can keep the same ad click. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may break checkout.

Your choices

You can update account details in My account and email us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to records we must keep for orders, taxes, and fraud prevention.

If you are in California or another US state with similar privacy laws, you may also request to know, delete, or opt out of certain sharing. Email contact@aerase.shop with the subject “Privacy request.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Ads measurement on aerase.shop is off if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can also turn it off below. Shopify checkout may still measure a purchase if customer data sharing is enabled in the Facebook & Instagram channel.

Children

AERASE is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Retention and security

We keep order records as long as needed for fulfillment, returns, accounting, and legal requirements. Shopify and our providers apply their own security practices. No method of transmission is completely secure.
